Noted Tampa Bay Radio Personality Endorses Danny Kushmer for House District 59

BRANDON, FLORIDA – Danny Kushmer, Republican candidate for Florida House District 59 received the endorsement of Tampa Bay Radio Personality Tedd Webb. Born and raised in Tampa Bay, Tedd Webb was at the helm of Newsradio 970 WFLA, Tampa Bay for many years. A former DJ, Tedd had stops at WALT, WFSO, WLCY, WDAE, WNSI, WPLP and the legendary “Q Morning Zoo” of the early 1980’s. For 8 years Tedd hosted “Sports Rap” Sunday nights on WFTS Channel 28.

In endorsing Danny, Tedd wrote the following, “As a native of Tampa, I know Danny Kushmer will represent the values, we in Tampa Bay hold dear. I have known Danny since the early 90’s when he coached my Son in T-Ball at Sadie Park. Later, we got back together when our sons played youth football with the East Bay Bucs. Danny is a man of values, ethics and honor.”

“I couldn’t be more honored to have Tedd’s endorsement,” Danny said. “While I’ve only known Tedd for about 25 years, I feel like he’s been a friend my whole life.”

Kushmer continues his Take Back 59 Tour, with stops throughout District 59. His message is simple, “Bring District 59 back to the conservative values of the businesses and families of West-Central Florida.

Kushmer is a partner in the firm, Florida’s Horizon and is a Realtor working with the firm A and M Realty in Riverview. He grew up in the tomato and tropical fish farms of Hillsborough County and, served as executive director for one of Hillsborough Counties oldest chambers of commerce. A life-long protector of the First and Second Amendment, rest assured, Kushmer will always stand on the side of Freedom of Speech and the protection of America’s Right to Bear Arms.

Kushmer resides in Brandon with his wife Cally; three rescue dogs and a cat. They are the proud parents of four grown children.
