Pandemic gives rise to new School of Real Estate

August 19, 2020, Riverview, Florida – As the 2020 Pandemic continues to stifle small business and keep many family’s hold-up in their homes, Cally Kushmer and Anne Haggerty see an opportunity for many to consider changing careers. Cardinal Academy of Real Estate hopes to fill a void left by some real estate schools currently limiting in-class education.

While online classes will be available through Cardinal Academy of Real Estate, in-class education is a priority for Cardinal. “We know many working professionals still enjoy the personal attention they receive in a classroom setting”, says Cally Kushmer. The real estate school will operate out of A&M Realty in the Heart of Riverview.

East and Southern Hillsborough County continues to see tremendous growth, buying and selling real estate is a great business opportunity. In this market, real estate sales associates can hit the ground running. “Over the years, my students have valued the in-person classes”, Anne Haggerty. Ms. Haggerty has over 18 years’ experience teaching real estate and Cally Kushmer has numerous years in real estate sales and online education. Cardinal Academy of Real Estate will offer online courses with in-person classes beginning NOW.
